The Luzerne County Corruption Crew

As more and more of this sordid tale comes to light, isn't it obvious what needs done in our courthouse? It needs a very thorough enema! Every single employee there that got their job through nepotism or cronyism (that's pretty much everybody) needs to be replaced through an open and transparent process. Advertise every job and I mean every job there and make sure the interviews are conducted by an outside source. I certainly don't mean Hackett's firm either, after all, he has donated heavily to many of the elected power brokers there.

As has been covered on my friend Gort42's page, many are in fear of losing their job. As well they should be!! We have all heard the stories about county employees that rarely, if ever, actually show up for work (and I'm not just talking about certain park directors either). These people have others clock them in and out and are protected by those in power. I say they are flat out stealing from the taxpayers. They all need to go!

Now we have a judge's son using his father's name in an effort to escape justice. I personally like the guy and my family has enjoyed many a great meal at his restaurant. The problem is the systemic sense of entitlement that those who have friends and relatives in power in the courthouse have. They believe they are immune and protected from any type of trouble. We need them to know just how wrong they are! As for the judge stating that he will have a judge from another county handle the trial if there is one, come on, does anybody honestly believe that the presiding judge isn't going to get a phone call?????? Spare me!

I think President Judge Muroski is taking the right approach and direction. Lets see where it leads the county.

A good old fashioned power douching is just what the courthouse needs. They need to flush out all the scum and skank that is infesting that hole.

The Insider Speaks:

Skrep has to go, he is insecure, unfit and worst of all, his personal grooming is disgusting. Ever see this guy show up for a press conference ? He looks like he sleeps under the Market St. Bridge and people close to him tell me when he's under stress he emits this strange body ordor, what's that about. And how can we forget Sam Hyder, who is blackmailing ? This guy is a degenerate gambler, A thug that should be behind bars. He is so unqualified and unfit for the position of Deputy Warden, it's scary. Yes , I'm for really house cleaning under the Dome, too many filthy, cockroach politicans to suit me.

I don't think a past DA should be a judge, they have to much power to agree to whatever the prosecuting DA in a case wants. If the FBI really wanted to clean house and protect peoples rights they should look into some of the shananigins going on in that office and the judge thats letting it go on.Alone people can't do anything but take it, we need to ban together and help the FBI clean that place up. If anybody out there feels they were treat unfairly, wether it was being fined, probation or prison,we need to start speaking out. I believe this judge thinks he's god and he makes the rules and what ever the DA wants, they get no matter how wrong it is. Would you really worry about following the law if you knew nobody would do anything about it? Start a group, do I have a story to tell.

Does anybody know why you have to go in front of the same judge for a hearing to get a new trial that did your original trial? Can this judge actually be fair and impartial, why isn't the jury that decided your case brought back to here your appeal and let them decide if any new evidence or lack of would change their decision, how can the judge say "it wouldn't change the outcome of the trial".He didn't make the jury's verdict so how can he know how the jury would think. The only fair and true way to know how the jury would think would be to ask them.
