I've met Scrap, he is far from stupid. How in the world he thinks joe taxpayer is going to swallow his line of shit time and time again is beyond me. It seems like everybody he is friends with has a no bid deal with the county. The latest prison food supplier story is just fooking beautiful. Not only is the owner close friends with pumpkin head, but Guesto was best man at his wedding. Do these jagofffs think nobody sees a connection???

In Skreps defense he is as Hank Williams said only carrying on a county tradition. Mike Moreale ring a bell? Look at the county school districts. To be hired your name must end in a vowel, preferably an A an I or an O. Oh they have a few token non vowels that's true.
