Chief Public Defender Russin

I don't know if anybody else heard him on the radio this morning but allow me to sum up his excuse. I am too monumentally stupid to have noticed that anything was wrong and far to cowardly to ever question a judge even if I noticed the problem.

How in the hell can somebody that friggin dumb get into college, let alone pass the bar?? Can a lwayer out there answer that for me???
