Angry Dems, Steve Corbett and William Ayers stepping on our flag

I have a few questions for all of you Democrats out there and I'm sure any of will you be qualified to answer at least one of these. And I'm not asking to be a smart ass. I'm asking because I'm still trying to figure out the mind of many of the liberal Democrat I come across. So, here goes.

#1. Steve Corbett announced the other day on his radio show he is going to vote for John McCain. Steve is by no means a conservative and he based his decision on who he feels will be the better choice. My question is Why is he getting flooded with hate email and angry Democrat callers yelling at him and calling him names and calling him a racist???

#2. We are told of the accomplishments of Mr. Obama as a Community Organizer in Chicago, a State Senator and now a U.S. Senator. Ok, I've been listening. So why is it being kept quiet that Chicago is now the murder capital of the country? He did such a "bang up" job in IL but now we're supposed to trust him to lead our country?

#3. I have watched footage of Obama addressing supporters and I'm confused by something. He claims he's going to raise taxes on big business and "redistribute" the wealth and of course the crowd cheers. Then, in another clip, he stands there claiming he's going to give "tax breaks" to big business that keeps jobs in this country. Of course, the crowd cheers. ??????? What?????

So, which is it??? Someone please explain this to me.

#4. Obama's campaign is using the excuse Obama was only 8 years old when Ayers orchestrated his terrorism. I was only 3 years old when Charles Manson instructed his "family" to go on a killing spree. If in my adult life, I launched my political career in Manson's living room, worked on various committees with him and attended dinner parties with him, wouldn't the media be calling me out on that?????

#5. Why do all of you Democrats keep claiming Obama is better for us on the economy when he was part of the Democrat controlled congress and ignored the mortgage crisis while accepting more money than any other politician from Fannie and Freddie???? Again, why is he getting a pass on that?

Every question can be answered with "well, that's not important. It's (fill in the blank) that really matters." But the problem is, whatever issue you insert in that blank you get the same answer.

I'm honestly looking for answers to these questions. No name calling. No hatred or anger. I don't know what justifies all of these things being ignored and I need to be enlightened.

So, Dems, pick one, two or all of them and feel free to educate me.

No, I really don't see a pattern here to justify profiling, do you? So, to ensure we Americans never offend anyone, particularly fanatics intent on killing us, airport security screeners will no longer be allowed to profile certain people... Absolutely No Profiling!They must conduct random searches of 80-year-old women, little kids, airline pilots with proper identification, secret agents who are members of the President's security detail, 85-year old Congressmen with metal hips, and Medal of Honor winner and former Governor Joe Foss, but leave Muslim Males alone lest they be guilty of profiling.

Now, with our elections, come yet more new promises of 'change:' 'change we can believe in,' 'hope for the future'. But if you really, I mean REALLY listen to what the new messiah is asking for, it is not 'change of policy' or 'change for the better' - this is a warning that he wants our change. And the change you will get will not be the change you expected or wanted. I leave you my predictions of what will happen if the junior Senator from Illinois becomes President - especially if the House and Senate are veto-proof Democrat:
1). Strict gun laws, though he promised he would not.
2). 'In God We Trust' will be removed from all currency.
3). He will renege on his pledge to Israel and leave them to the wolves of Islam.
4). Hillary Clinton will be named to the Supreme Court.
5). Tax rates will surge to the highest levels in 30 years.
6). Capital gains tax will be at least double current levels.
7). Retired Army General Wesley Clark will be named Secretary of Defense.
8). Your borders will be open to all comers - especially from the Middle East and South America . 9). Amnesty will be granted to all illegals in the U.S, regardless of status or even gang membership (think MS-13).
10). Our presence in Iraq will come to an abrupt end - with tragic results to their citizens and devastating consequences to our military.

My predictions will not sit well with some people - the best we could hope for is that I am wrong.

Friday Funny, Is This Racist Too?

Presidential candidate, Barack Obama was visiting a primary school and he visited one of the classes. They were in the middle of a discussion related to words and their meanings. The teacher asked the presidential candidate if he would like to lead the discussion on the word 'tragedy'. So our illustrious democrat presidential candidate asked the class for an example of a 'tragedy'.

One little boy stood up and offered: 'If my best friend, who lives on a farm, is playing in the field and a tractor runs over him and kills him, that would be a tragedy.'

'No,' said Obama, 'that would be an accident.'

A little girl raised her hand: 'If a school bus carrying 50 children drove over a cliff, killing everyone inside, that would be a tragedy.'

As a gun owner, I did my homework long ago on Obama's lengthy history of battling gun owner's rights. He supports banning the sale and manufacture of handguns. He supports banning all assault weapons. He supports mandatory waiting periods. He supports banning all concealed carry except by law enforcement. He has never met or heard of a gun grabbing law that he wasn't for!!!! I hear many people talk about how much this cornhole is just like John Q. Public. The fact of the matter is, he is as far from mainstream America as it is possible to get. Do you people still want to vote for him????????

What America Doesn't Need

I watched a bit more of the Dem. convention last night. The continued message from the left is that we don't need four more years of the Bush Administration's policies. I disagree. What we don't need is even one more year of a partisan, do-nothing, House and Senate. Collectively, they have been a waste of breathable atmosphere since the democrats took the majority in both two years ago.

On a related note, Kevin "Pinko" Lynn asked this question; What has John McCain ever done in his entire life besides being a prisoner of war? Rather than point out just how pathetic Kevin's statement is, I will ask the same question I have asked before. Tell me just one thing that Barack Hussein Obama has accomplished that did any good for our country. Just one fooking thing!!!! Is that crickets I hear?

If I am not mistaken, since being elected to the senate, Obama has logged a total of 143 work days. I know what you all are thinking. One hundred and forty three days is plenty of experience to lead America. I completely disagree.

I am away this week but I must rant

Occasionally in this life, we all get to the point when we need to take a little time for ourselves. That time for me is this week. I made a commitment to take a few friends golfing at my club that would otherwise never have a chance to play there. By doing so, I passed up my chance to have lunch with John McCain. I would dearly have loved to be at that lunch, but in this world, all you have is your word. I gave my word and kept it as I have done for all of my adult life. Perhaps if the lefties learned what it means to be a man of your word, regardless of sacrifice, the world would be a lot better place.

We have become a nation of people with their hand out. We know longer remember J.F.K.'s words. We now, as a whole, ask what our country can do for us. I say that the tyranny of me first will destroy our nation. I say that the governmental institution of forcing our manufacturers offshore weakens us. I say that the bullshit term of "Free Trade" kills us. You see that we offer free trade to other nations and they dump(if you don't know what dump means, please stop wasting our atmosphere by breathing) their goods here. Those same countries do not allow our products to be fairly marketed.

We were once the big dog on the planet producing and shipping goods worldwide. That is what made us a superpower. I say those days are gone and going even farther. Please tell me any major purchase you want to make that is 100% American made. Did you guess Chevy, Ford, Dodge? You would be wrong. America is just about the largest consumer on the planet. What happened to the customer is always right?? Why are we letting these countries dictate our country's internal policy?? We, as a nation, should be negotiating from a position of strength. Instead, we allow third-world shit holes to become our overlords. The big question is WHY?????????????

Barry, John, please tell me why. Tell me like I'm a third grader so I understand. Tell all of us why you are letting this happen. Kanjo, you piece of dog puke, why? Carney, you ultimate lap dog, why? Obama, you not sure what you are, why?

If you don't learn from history you are doomed to repeat it

America apparently has learned nothing from history. In particular, I am referring to the Vietnam war. We tried to fight that war by appeasing public opinion and by handcuffing our military.

In WWII, we fire bombed cities, we nuked cities, we fought balls out and kicked ass. In Vietnam, we bombed empty jungles. Almost without exception we listened to public opinion and stopped from doing what was necessary to win at the expense of our soldiers. The press and public opinion will never help a soldier in battle when his commanders are more interested in the press than the soldiers.

This is exactly what we are doing in Iraq and Afghanistan. Ask anybody that was there. We know where the enemy militias are based. We know where they are stowing their weapons. We know where they plan and launch their attacks from. We know what faction of the population there is supporting them. Why are we trying to fight a bare knuckle match with kid gloves on? So the press doesn't crucify us? So public opinion won't drop? Public opinion of the war is rock bottom anyway. I call on the politicians that got us there to do what is necessary to win. Change the rules of engagement. If a Mosque is being used as an enemy shelter, level it. If a town is supporting the enemy, level it. As a matter of fact, there are sections of Iraq that should be carpet bombed for a week straight before one of our soldiers even sets foot there. You want to save our soldiers lives? Take the gloves off and fight. War is not supposed to be pretty. It is not nice. People do die. Civilians will die. If you aren't willing to fight to win, get our soldiers the fark out of there.
